Just a note that ESSA is nearing the completion of a draft of the OLWSF report. Once it has been completed and reviewed by the Organizing Committee, it will be made available through the Okanagan Water Board's web site (http://www.obwb.ca/olwsf/).
I hope readers of the report will consider publishing their (constructive) thoughts and comments on this blog.
